At Gumdrops we strive to provide an environment that recognises the unique and special qualities of individuals as Akonga who all learn alongside each other. We respect relationships between all whanau. Our teachers work collaboratively using their knowledge, skills and attitude to provide a learning environment that is empowering for whanau, recognises our bicultural heritage and has children engaged in learning of their choosing. We will take responsibility to make our service sustainable now, and into the future.
